And the news are….

 

I have decided to stop trading nights as a desert only place…. Pierre roelofs is flying to Barcelona! he is one of eight finalists selected to compete for the accolade best restaurant dessert of the year in an international competition run by Spanish desserts-only restaurant and college, Espai Sucre. As well we are still waiting for our liquor licence (over 6 months now) so will reorganise the evenings later with some exciting chocolate/wine matching menu!

Meanwhile the chocolate appreciation classes are back…. see the page top right.

lastly a new 6 mini bar box is on the way grouping similar percentage chocolates from different origins. It is a fantastic tasting tool. boxes with only 60’s, 70’s, milk chocolate only…
