What is chocolate? where is cocoa grown?  what is involved in making chocolate ? understanding single origin, single estate, blends?

Many questions answered in a cosy environment (monsieur Truffe’s shop bien sur!!)

    I would like to congratulate you on the article in Gourmet Traveller.

    I do not know why they took so long to find out who is the best Chocolatier in Australia!

    • thats it at last… the next class is on Wednesday the 22nd July at 6pm.

      the class holds 12 students max… so let me know if interested asap.
